Woman rescues kitten found in the rain. You've got to see her now

A typical, rainy day in a coffee shop led to an incredible discovery for an anonymous Reddit user known only by the username blacknumberone. She was living in Korea at the time and explains in an Imgur post that this particular day back in 2012 was in the thick of monsoon season - the rain was intense. Yet, somehow, above the rain, she heard the faint cries of a kitten. Source: https://goo.gl/mYzn5k
At first, she assumed the kitten was in a home nearby, but when the cries persisted for a few hours, she went outside and discovered an itty-bitty kitten in a cardboard box out in the rain. Upon further inspection, she saw that someone had thrown popcorn into the box as well "for good measure," as she states in her Imgur post. She knew this poor baby had been abandoned. "I almost died," she said, "So I scooped up the box and ran home."
The woman convinced a coworker to take her and the little kitten to a veterinarian the next day, at which point the woman found out she would need to feed the tiny kitten formula.
When the vet didn't have a baby bottle specifically for kittens, the woman resorted to a human baby bottle to feed the kitten.
The woman says the kitten was so incredibly hungry that she would finish the entire bottle in less than five minutes! Look how tiny she is!
Slowly but surely the kitten, eventually named Kitty, started to come out of her shell and become more trusting and playful.
The caption on the photo below reads, "Just under 2 months after I found her. Feeling much better and much more playful!"
In the photo below, Kitty is just around 6-months-old.
As you can see below, Kitty grew into a happy, healthy girl, and she even made the trek back to the United States from Korea with her rescuer!

It's absolutely astounding how a little bit of love and affection can provide a new chance at life.
